Ed, Erin and Sylvia visit from Northfield

Our friends called us up and we went for a walk by Lake Calhoun. It was a nice day, a little hot, but we had a good visit and shared our stories over the last couple months. They brought two canned items for us, pickle smickle and strawberry preserves. Yum!!! The pickle smickle needs about six weeks to finish curing, but the strawberries made for a delicious breakfast with peanut butter and toast today.
